  1. No matter how much invective is hurled in his direction every day, I’ll always stand by my decision to vote for Trump. At least he had the wherewithal to say he thinks the economy CAN come back, unlike his opponents.

  2. Yes – the unemployment statistics have been misleading – this has been so in all administrations going back for decades, now – at least to the Reagan administration when this was perfected.

This is much like the “Consumer Price Index” which hides double-digit inflation for the poor (who are struggling for food and housing).

Regardless, the announcement is good news. From what I have seen in my travels, more of America is back to work and that is a good thing.

      1. What was “perfected” was creative (lying) alteration of statistics, to hide what they were doing and its consequences.

Catherine Austin Fitts (The Solari Report) is a Reagan administration whistle-blower, and a great resource for this.

He’s trying to make you seem like a paranoid loon even when he doesn’t realize that he agrees with you.

  3. Would compose a reply detailing how the unemployment rate is misleading and inaccurate due to the countless uncounted who have exhausted unemployment benefits so their job search is no longer officially recorded or tracked meaning they no longer exist as part of the workforce but there is apparently a glitch in the editing software of this website that won’t allow anything I submit -like my rebuttal to the trickle-down cheerleading of r a davis – to post.
What does it mean to hear someone?
First it means letting them speak.

    1. “Would compose a reply detailing how the unemployment rate is misleading and inaccurate due to the countless uncounted who have exhausted unemployment benefits ”

But that would highlight the utter failure of the previous president, just as he’s trying to take credit for the current economic uptick.
